SALARY SURVEY FOR ACCOUNTING, FINANCE, AND BANKING PROFESSIONALS
Accounting, finance, and banking professionals have a chance to
participate in a salary survey from CareerBank.com, featured as the “Website
of the Month” in The CPA Journal, May 2002.
Survey topics include how people are finding jobs and how large
raises have been in the past year. The results will be released by CareerBank.com
in October 2003.
CareerBank.com reports that more than 2,500 professionals participated
in last year’s survey. The site predicts a record number of respondents
to the current survey, due in large part to strong growth at CareerBank.com,
including:
- 80% of the career centers of state CPA societies, including the NYSSCPA,
are now powered by CareerBank.com.
- More than 80 accounting, finance, and banking organizations, including
the American Bankers Association and the Institute of Management Accountants
(IMA), belong to the CareerBank.com Career Center Network.
- A position posted at CareerBank.com is automatically cross-posted to more
than 700 other career sites in the network.
- A new keyword highlighting service is available with all resume agents
for employers.
The survey is online at www.careerbank.com/resource/ssurvey/salary_survey.cfm,
and responses are being accepted through the summer.
