CORRECTION

The October 2000 "CPA in Industry" department included an article titled "Controlling the Costs of Mismanagement and Turnover," noting its debt to material from The People Keeper by Mark Holmes. The byline mistakenly named Roxanne Emmerich as author of the article. The editors apologize for the error.
