TWO GEORGIA FIRMS FORM REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISORY FIRM

Two Georgia-based firms recently announced the formation of CPAdvisors LLC, a registered investment advisory firm that will offer investment management and investment consulting services. This is the second joint venture between the two firms, Miller Ray & Houser, Business Advisors & CPAs, and Bennett Thrasher & Co. In 1996 they formed Retirement Plan Services Company to provide pension advice and plan administration.

"This new venture exemplifies where the financial field is going," said John D. Houser, managing shareholder of Miller Ray & Houser. "We are offering services under one roof with experts for each service."

Dixie Andersen, with 20 years' experience in the investment management field, will head CPAdvisors and will report to the managing shareholders of both firms. *
