AMERICAN EXPRESS TAX AND BUSINESS SERVICES ACQUIRES BALTIMORE FIRM
American Express Tax & Business Services (TBS) has acquired the tax and consulting practice of Walpert, Smullian & Blumenthal, of Baltimore, Maryland. According to TBS, this is its second acquisition involving a Top 100 accounting firm. Attest services will be provided
by Walpert, Smullian & Blumenthal, which will continue as an independent public accounting firm under the usual TBS operating model. *
