MAX BLOCK WINNERS FOR 1996

Each year the editors of The CPA Journal choose the best articles published in three categories--taxation, accounting and auditing, technology, and other--with the best of the four category winners receiving the Max Block award, named after the distinguished CPA Journal editor.
