announced the merger of its advisor, tax, and business and technology divisions
with American Express Tax and Business Services, Inc. The Checkers firm
will continue in existence to provide attest services. With the acquisition of the Checkers practice, annual revenues of AETBS
are now in excess of $100 million according to one listing--the number
