DELOITTE & TOUCHE FOUNDATION AWARDS $200,000 IN
The Deloitte & Touche Foundation has named the ten recipients of its 1997 Doctoral Fellowship in Accounting Awards. The fellows will each receive $20,000 over a two-year period toward their pursuit of a doctoral degree program in accounting at an accredited university.
The recipients were selected by an independent committee of distinguished educators. Since 1956, the Deloitte & Touche Foundation has offered 900 doctoral fellowships to graduate students successfully pursuing doctoral programs in accounting at accredited universities. Students must have completed two or more semesters (or the equivalent). Applications for 1998 doctoral fellowships are available from the Deloitte & Touche Foundation, 10 Westport Road, Wilton CT 06897, or through the accounting department at accredited universities.
